Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of RaPAL held on 21st Feb 2006, 10.30-12.30 at the Institute for Advanced Studies, Lancaster University.
The meeting was called to:
· effect changes to the RaPAL constitution
· accept changes to the proposed new membership fees structure
and
· the election of a Secretary.
